A global financial services firm acquired an impressive but outdated river-facing corporate tenancy in the Exchange Tower office building located on The Esplanade in Perth’s CBD. Channelling the corporate sophistication of the global financier, the new space set out to facilitate the holistic needs of the business and its people by providing an elevated reception lounge for clients, a variety of meeting spaces that encourage collaboration and conversation and wherever possible, embracing natural light and the impressive views of the Swan River.

The design balances the organisation's international positioning with a sense of warmth, luxury and personal connection. High-quality materials and finishes convey expertise, consideration and trust, whilst carefully selected furniture pieces create a sense of comfort, movement and ease, intended to age well.
